Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations of conference registration must be submitted online through the Cvent registration system. Refunds will be processed and issued through the original payment method, based on the event type and the date the cancellation was received. For all Registration Items, cancellations received on or before August 16, 2024 will be eligible for a 95% refund; cancellations received between August 17, 2024 and September 2, 2024 (dates inclusive) will be eligible for a 50% refund; and cancellations received after September 2, 2024 are not eligible for refunds.
